These proposed terms cover the Brawl of Ages test website, game, and administration tools intended for arenabrawler.com, operated by Kongor Studios, LLC (“we” or “us”), 10511 W H Ave, Kalamazoo, MI 49009, United States. Contact us at info@kongorstudios.com.

1. Test access and eligibility

Brawl of Ages is an early-access test service. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, or changed. You must be at least 13 and satisfy any higher minimum age required where you live. If you cannot enter a binding agreement on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to the applicable terms before you participate.

2. Accounts and security

Use only accounts and permissions assigned to you, provide accurate account information, and keep your credentials and invitation PIN private. Do not impersonate others, access another person’s account, or share staff access. Report suspected unauthorized access to info@kongorstudios.com. Invited users can create an account with Google sign-in and a valid invitation PIN. Ordinary signup grants player access, not administrative privileges; administrator access is separately designated by the operator.

3. Fair use

Do not harass or threaten others, submit unlawful content, steal credentials, distribute malware, disrupt servers, evade access restrictions, or use unauthorized automation or cheats to gain an unfair advantage. Do not exploit a vulnerability against other users or their data. Report security issues privately and test only within authorization expressly provided by the operator.

4. Cards, resources, and test progress

Cards, decks, virtual resources, and other game records are features of the service, not money or a claim to ownership of underlying intellectual property. Test balances and progress may be rebalanced, corrected, reset, or removed. They have no promised cash redemption or transfer value. These terms do not authorize real-money purchases; any future paid offering requires separately disclosed pricing and applicable purchase/refund terms.

5. Content and feedback

Game software, artwork, names, and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Access does not transfer those rights or authorize redistribution. You retain rights you have in feedback or content you submit, while permitting the operator to use it as needed to operate the service and act on your feedback. Do not submit material you lack permission to share. These terms make no claim of endorsement by historical game publishers or other rights holders.

6. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains account information, Google sign-in, cookies, game records, and privacy requests. Agreement to service terms is not blanket consent to unrelated personal-data processing.

7. Availability and account restrictions

We may suspend or restrict access to address security issues, misuse, legal requirements, or the end of testing. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow you to raise a concern by emailing info@kongorstudios.com. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Test-service limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the test service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or preservation of test progress. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, or liability that cannot legally be limited. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, or specific governing jurisdiction is established by this draft.

9. Changes and contact
